Article 11.01 J4 specifically states:
“Probationary teachers shall not be assigned teaching contract hours or total workload hours in excess of the maxima under any circumstances”.
This article is to protect you by ensuring limitations of workload in order that your successfully complete your probation.
The Union can do little for a probationary member who is released during the probationary period. Grievances may not be filed on your behalf. (Article 27.14 B)
