This is the latest version of the Constitution and includes all amendments passed at the 2018 Annual Convention. All amendments passed at the 2019 convention held this past month will appear in the next edition. The Constitution sets out all the rules for how the union is structured, run and funded from the president’s office on down to local executive committees.
