Our current collective agreement expires on September 30, 2024, and our next scheduled bargaining dates with the employer are September 9-10. Since the goal is a negotiated, on-time, renewal agreement, we must now raise awareness about our democratic demands and proposals currently on the bargaining table. The goal of this Town Hall is to build awareness and engagement in the bargaining process.
Remember: bargaining only happens every few years, and the Workload Taskforce Report will soon be released. Data from that report supports our decade long claims that workload is increasing, and inadequately captured on our workloads. Now is the time to improve our working conditions.

Preparations for our Day of Action on September 9
- Local organizing and preparedness for any labour action
