Faculty Performance – Union Recommendations

Judy Robinson requested a meeting with Union leadership to provide information regarding the Faculty Performance Evaluation. Several changes are being introduced this year and are based on PQAPA recommendations. The changes are also intended to prepare Durham College for Accreditation in 2015.

The Union office is recommending that all faculty review the Policy and Procedures found on Ice regarding Faculty Performance evaluation. The actual revised evaluations can also be found on Ice under forms.

Review of the Learning Management System Usage would also be highly beneficial. Usage of DC Connect is included on the Faculty Performance Evaluation Summaries and on the Student Feedback on Faculty Performance survey. All forms can be found on ICE.
